Terms and conditions
- The contract is offered on a 12-60 month period.
- Each contract is charged based on the declared animal height as stated in the animal’s passport.
- Although the contract would specify an animal, it would be transferable either to a new owner, making the contract ‘animal specific’, or to another animal specified by the contract owner.
- The contract would allow the client to either continue the contract payments or pay the outstanding balance with a discount inducement of 5%.
- If a contract falls into arrears, disposal would only be carried out with payment in full.
- If a contract should fall more than three months in arrears, it is deemed to be lapsed, and any monies paid will be returned, less an administration fee.
- Clients wishing to contract for more than one horse will be offered a discount, this discount increasing with the number of animals to be included.
- Riding establishments and liveries can apply for a group contract to be held by the proprietor, covering any animal using the establishment.
- The contract contains a caveat allowing a surcharge if fuel costs increase. Clients will be informed if this surcharge is invoked. Clients can then choose to increase their payments or to pay the surcharge on completion of the contract.
